The benefits of singing in a choir are so many, that I'm not sure I can summarise here! Research has shown it to be good for mental, physical, social and even spiritual health. It produces endorphins, helps us feel connected, and ... well it's just fun!! Here's an article with some well research-backed info if you would like to have a read further.
