Finding God in Music

Do you know who the first musician was? His name was Tubal! And do you know that King David, who the Bible calls the man after God's own heart composed many many songs? They are called the Psalms, and they are full of wonderful insights into prayer, poetry, and finding God in music.

Come and discover the joy of music, and the one who gave us music!  Each class we will open in prayer and then look at the history, theory and make up of a Psalm, a hymn, and/or a beloved (biblically acceptable) church song.

Together we may write our own music, and sing & play that as well, as the term draws to a close.

No previous music experience necessary.
